Delivery charges are as follows for all orders placed online:

We send all items using a Next Working Day service. All stock orders are dispatched the same day (3pm cutoff).
Please check any deliveries as they arrive and any claims made by the customer should be made in writing within 14 days of the despatch date.
If a product is unavailable to purchase online, please contact us and we will confirm pricing and delivery time.

If goods are received damaged or incorrect HALCO Europe Ltd will arrange a collection and exchange or refund the goods accordingly.
In any other circumstances, e.g. goods that have been ordered incorrectly, the customer will be responsible to return the goods to HALCO Europe Ltd at their cost and will be subject to a 7% restocking charge.
Any returned goods must be undamaged, unused and in a resaleable condition.

ELK PREMIUM PROFESSIONAL TAILORS SHEARS
These ELK Premium Tailors Shears have been specially designed with tailoring projects in mind, but are suitable for many different home and professional cutting uses. The lower blade lies straight and with its entire length staying in contact with the work surface during cutting this ensures that the fabric is not lifted and does not shift. It is easily guided by the top blade.
The elaborate dual-edge facet grind makes these scissors exceptionally sharp and delivers optimal cutting satisfaction. Sturdy blades in rust-free stainless steel make these scissors a high-quality tool for frequent use and challenging tasks.
The impact-resistant plastic handles are injection-moulded directly onto the scissor blades, for a durable connection. The adjustable screw guarantees the correct tension setting, smooth cutting motion and reliable cutting performance.
Available in 9.25. Please note, that the handle sizes up proportionally to the scissor, so the larger the scissor, the larger the handle.
